serialize

Serializes a Table into a JSON string.

Parameters

table	Table	The Table to serialize

The example below serializes a lua table.

local storeInventory = {
    ["Apples"] = 100,
    ["Books"] = 50,
    ["Pencils"] = 1
}
local jsonString = json.serialize(storeInventory)
print(jsonString)
